Mission Statement The Guadalupe County Groundwater Conservation District will conserve and regulate the use of groundwater through the monitoring of aquifer levels and production. By encouraging conservation rules which limit pumping, thereby extending the quantity and quality of the water available in the entire Carrizo-Wilcox aquifer in Guadalupe County. |
