Intent to Drill 

The Guadalupe County Groundwater Conservation District (GCGCD) requires the submission of an Intent to Drill form prior to drilling any water well within the District boundaries, regardless of exemption status. This requirement ensures each well is properly classified, meets spacing requirements, has adequate water rights, and complies with any applicable permitting rules. 

To complete it digitally, download it to your computer to open the form as a fillable PDF (We do not recommend using the "Open with Google Docs" option). You may also print the form and submit a completed version to the District.
